T&Z Consulting limited is a Canadian immigration consulting service provider located in a beautiful costal city – Halifax, NS. We provide various consulting services regarding Canadian temporary visa, permanent visa application.

With the fast growing of our business, we are looking for a new member to join our fascinating team to provide our clients reliable services.
Job title: Records manager
Job type: Permanent
Salary: $28/hour
Location: Halifax
The new member will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:
• Manage client records and documentation
• Review information and documentation from clients, clarify any unclear data, update client information whenever needed
• Classify, code, cross-reference, log and store client records
• Develop document inventories and maintain indexes for classification
• Label, prepare and transfer information files according to CICC client record management requirements
Required skills for you to succeed in this role:
• 2+ years post-secondary education
• Good record/documentation management skills
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Passionate in helping others
• Bi-lingual: English and Mandarin Chinese (Asset)
• Basic knowledge in IRCC regulation/policies (Asset)
• Related working experience as a secretary/clerk or record manager (Asset)
